The Joker RC is unlocked upon collecting all the hidden packages.
It is the weakest vehicle in the game in terms of resistance. It is useful in tight tracks thanks for its handling, since it can tackle hard corners easily. It also has a poor stability, in fact, it bounces easily.
It has a stock top speed of 87 mph without its engine upgrades. When fully upgraded, it can reach a top speed of 97 mph.

Super Mud Mania
The Jester is available at the beginning of the game. It can be driven in the "Mud Grinder" championship, with an easy difficulty.
Trivia
- A similar larger vehicle appears in Downtown Drift and is called Beachcomber.
- In the remastered version of Burnin' Rubber 5, the Joker RC appears with a better top speed and stability, but its handling is nerfed when compared to the original title.
- In the remastered version of Burnin' Rubber 5, the two copies of the Joker RC is obtainable in the game legitimately; one can be obtained by collecting 36 hidden packages before unlocking The End, and the other can be obtained by collecting the last remaining package in The End.
- The Joker RC has 200 HP stock according to the game files, which means that it's expected to have a good armor, in spite of it being a toy car.
- In the remastered version, the Joker RC features improved armor, now coming close to the A7 in terms of overall resistance. Its top speed has also been increased.
